Purpose for collection

Our use of your personal data will always have a lawful basis, either because it is necessary to complete a booking, because you have consented to our use of your personal data (e.g. by subscribing to emails), or because it is in our legitimate interests.

We collect information from you to improve the quality of our services and to provide you with up to date information pertaining to special offers and new menus in our bars and restaurants. We have a legitimate interest in improving your experience at our venue(s) which we do by communicating with you with the information you provided.

This includes using your details to subscribe you to any email newsletter program the website operates but only if this was made clear to you and your express permission was granted when submitting any form to email process. Or whereby you the consumer have previously purchased from or enquired about purchasing from the company a product or service that the email newsletter relates to.
