Booking Terms & Conditions
Our detailed booking terms and conditions are outlined below. Should you have any further queries or requests ahead of your visit, please do not hesitate to contact us.
An e-mail address must be provided upon making a booking at our bar, as this link will be provided on booking confirmation e-mails.
A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to table bookings of 10 or more.
We respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation to ensure the best possible level of service to all our guests. If you are running late, we kindly ask that you notify us at your earliest convenience. Should you run more than 15 minutes pass your booking time, we cannot guarantee to hold the table and reserve the right to release your table to another group.
A credit or debit card will be required to guarantee bookings. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for every cancellation.
For table bookings cancelled with less than twenty-four hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge £5.00 per person if we are unable to resell the table. In the event that you do not show up for a reservation, we will charge £5.00 per person.
For masterclass bookings cancelled with less than twenty-four hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge £10.00 per person. In the event that you do not show up for a reservation, the payment is non-refundable. This is due to the added cost and preparation involved in providing our masterclasses.
For private venue hire cancelled within 1 week of the reservation, we reserve the right to charge 20% of the minimum spend agreed and within 48 hours, 50% of the minimum spend. In the event that you do not show up for a private hire, the payment is non-redundable.
We are sorry that cancellation charges have become necessary but regrettably our experience dictates this precaution.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific tables when taking reservations, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Your understanding is appreciated.
Food Safety and Allergens
We cater for most dietary requirements and have strict policies in place for customers with food allergies. We are happy to respond to any specific requests for further information regarding allergens prior to your visit. All of our staff are fully trained on our allergen policy and any questions can be answered prior to orders being taken.
