All of our frozen creations are made on site using liquid nitrogen, creating a uniquely smooth consistency and added theatrics to your day!

“We first commissioned Brozen in autumn last year to help promote Blackstar at the Business Showcase South West. They were fantastic in developing a custom black lemon sorbet specially for us, it really helped draw in the crowds and we even won the prize for best exhibit! In May they went above and beyond to make 800 chocolate coated black ice-cream spheres, inventively frozen with liquid nitrogen. The team at Brozen have been brilliant to work with at both events; both fun and reliable, we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.”
